This development of 12 apartments was designed as two blocks to replace a large dwelling which stood on the site. The new development appears as two and a half floors in height when in fact it is on four levels with a partial basement level to the rear of the sloping site. Each apartment has two floors per apartment with internal staircases. The first and second floor apartment is accessed by an external staircase to the side. The apartments were fitted out to a high turnkey standard with Bryson Architects administering the building contract for a private client.
