PHASE 2,3 & 4 EXTENSIONS TO BOW STREET MALL LISBURN 2002- 2005

Bryson Architects were architects and lead consultant on this project which extended the shopping centre in 3 phases to create 23 new retail units including two major department stores, a new food court and a multi-storey carpark with 1000 spaces. This involved the construction works taking place adjacent to and over the trading shopping centre. The advanced works involved the diversion of a culvert crossing the site, and the relocation of a major NIE switch station and HV cables. The new departments stores created were Menarys and BHS.
