PHASE 5 PROPOSALS FOR BOW STREET MALL SHOPPING CENTRE

The proposals for a major extension to Bow Street Mall Shopping Centre were submitted by Bryson Architects in Planning applications in 2005 with subsequent amendments in 2009 and 2010. The proposals were for the creation of over 200,000sq.ft of retail, leisure and apartment floor space in the centre of Lisburn. The project will involve the redevelopment of two streets and a public car park with the creation of up to four floors with parking and apartments located on the roof terrace.
