• This Department Store was majorly extended and modelled to the public car park side to include double height glazed entrance foyer, abutting contrasting single storey solid link, and balancing lift tower and two storey admin wing at the two ends.
• The inviting glazed foyer includes a cantilevered viewing gallery over offering a splendid view to the Sperrin Mountains. Internally, more awareness was made of the upper floor by forming an extended double height void to house a new spectacular glazed lift.
