INTERPRESS PRINTING PRESS BUILDING DUNCRUE INDUSTRIAL ESTATE BELFAST

Bryson Architects were employed by the client to design a custom designed Printing Press Building at Dargan Industrial Estate Belfast. The building was to be designed and then constructed to high tolerances and specifications for housing a state of the art printing press for the Irish News newspaper. The site was a brown field site with no mains storm drainage and this involved utilizing a soakaway system formed in aquacells. An internal Syphonic rainwater system was also used to reduce the number of internal down pipes.
