This project included the redevelopment of a terrace of houses on the Lisburn Road to create a new three storey shop and office development. Bryson Architects designed the scheme from inception, obtained planning permission, tendered the project and administered the building contract to completion.
There are shops on the ground and first floors with offices on the second floor serviced by their own entrance from the side street. The offices were fitted out as part of the contract.
