This new multi purpose arena & activity centre is intended to provide a venue for ice skating, competitive ice hockey, concerts & general leisure facilities, totalling approximately 5,700 sq ft in area.
The structure is of steel lattice frames covered in a mixture of opaque & translucent insulated fabrics, with the ancillary accommodation constructed of load bearing masonry walls, finished in coloured renders.
Full planning permission was obtained in January 2009.
