Redevelopment, 1 Prince Regent Road, Belfast – Phase 1
• The development comprises two phases:
• Phase 1 - part demolition, extension & refurbishment of the existing offices & industrial units, providing modern accommodation, for lease to various tenants, plus reorganisation of the site circulation.
• Phase 2 – demolition of the existing low level warehouse to make way for a new 12m high modern warehouse, including refurbishment of the existing offices for the Client’s own use.
• A comprehensive Asbestos Survey carried out.
