REDEVELOPMENT OF SHOPS AND APARTMENTS IN CONWAY SQUARE / HIGH STREET NEWTOWNARDS
Bryson Architects were Architect and lead consultant for the project which was for the redevelopment of a prominent corner site at Conway Square in Newtownards. The site was located on a busy main road and pedestrian Square and joined on to historic buildings which were to remain. The design involved negotiations with the Historic Buildings Section and the result is a sensitive and complementary scheme which has top lit mezzanine retail floors and apartments.
